Engineering Associate Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to fill the role of Engineering Associate.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in various engineering activities, including design, fabrication, field installation, and project management.

  • Assist in technical drawings, CAD models, and design calculations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the fabrication process and maintain quality control standards.
  • Participate in on-site installation and commissioning of systems/equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide project support, including scheduling, documentation, and site supervision.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Possess an ITE Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; training and mentorship will be provided.
  • Basic knowledge in AutoCAD or other drafting/design software (training can be provided).
  • Will to work on-site and occasionally at fabrication workshops.
  • Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Show self-motivation with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Be physically fit and able to work in field environments.
  • Bonus points for basic understanding of electrical tools and safety practices.
