Helpdesk Operations Specialist

The Helpdesk Officer will be responsible for managing all issues relating to facilities feedback, service requests, and any other concerns. This includes receiving, logging, tracking, and responding appropriately to user requests or feedback via various communication platforms.
The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact to channel urgent feedback, faults, defects, breakdowns, repairs, and damages to the relevant maintenance staff. They will inform users of the outcome and actions taken to rectify the problem, providing closure to each feedback.
In this role, you will maintain and update all faults/defects reported into the CMMS, phone calls, emails, etc., ensuring that reported faults are channelled to staff for immediate response and follow-up.
You will also categorize feedback based on KPIs and inform the urgency of the matter to relevant contractors/maintenance staff. Monthly reports will be prepared for tracking suggestions, complaints, breakdowns, etc., received together with their resolved status.
Working Hours and LocationThis position involves shift work and is based in the Central Region near Bukit Merah and Telok Blangah area.

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 25,000 - SGD 40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
