Customer Experience Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Experience Barista to join our team at BETTR BARISTA PTE. LTD. As a Customer Experience Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience.
  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare high-quality beverages, adhering to our standards and guidelines.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately manage inventory, ensuring that all products are stocked and rotated properly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of coffee/barista experience.
  • Education: Preferably 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Certification: Possess the mandatory Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for food handling.
  • Attitude: A positive work attitude and a team player, excelling in a fast-paced environment.
