Market Development Role

The Market Development team is responsible for growing Changi Airport's aviation business, enhancing its competitiveness and attractiveness as the air hub of choice in the region.

As part of this team, you will be involved in market development efforts to strengthen Changi's passenger traffic and air connectivity through new service launches or expand existing ones, as well as various initiatives to increase passenger traffic to and through the airport.

Specifically, you will be assigned a portfolio of airlines from the Southwest Pacific region, including Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Key responsibilities include engaging and collaborating closely with airlines to grow the Changi air hub, identifying and attracting new airlines, performing traffic analysis, preparing and presenting business cases to airlines, and keeping abreast of emerging market trends and developments, and analysing the implications on Changi's air hub growth.

You will also work with like-minded partners in the aviation industry such as airlines, travel trade and national tourism organisations (NTOs) to roll out joint campaigns to promote Changi Airport as the preferred air hub.
