Export Operations Specialist

Key Role:

As an Export Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing export orders from receipt to delivery. This includes ensuring accuracy and timely execution of all necessary export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process export orders from receipt to delivery
  • Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange shipments and resolve any logistical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and keeping clients informed about shipment status
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products for export and coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfillment
  • Generate and maintain reports on export activities, including shipment tracking, delivery performance, and cost analysis
  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, production, finance) to ensure smooth export operations and address any concerns
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to export processes, including delays, discrepancies, and compliance matters

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and experience in export coordination or a related field. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in export coordination or a related field
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience with export management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
