Export Customer Service Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Export Customer Service professional to fulfill the key responsibility of ensuring efficient export work order processing.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in verifying export documents compliance and obtaining necessary export permits and customs clearance in a timely manner. Additionally, they will provide flight details to customers within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Verify export documents compliance when processing export work orders.
    • Obtain necessary export permits and customs clearance in a timely manner.
    • Provide accurate airfreight rates and inform customers of any irregularities.
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar field or industry.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients.
