Project Leader Role

  • Communicating project status and performance to stakeholders through regular updates and reports.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry, preferably in electrical engineering projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Technical proficiency in electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficient in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field.
