We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Management Associate to join our team at HR FOCUS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenders, including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements in the Fire Protection industry.
Key Tasks:- Develop detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation for M&E/Fire Protection projects.
- Source, compile, and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements.
- Prepare and submit tender documentation.
You will also coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for Fire Protection projects.
Essential Qualifications:- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in quotations, tenders, or cost estimation (experience in M&E/Fire Protection is a plus).
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
