Position Overview:
The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and expanding key client relationships within the elevator and lift sector. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance relationships with major accounts in the elevator/lift market.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with clients to foster loyalty.
- Assess client requirements and offer personalized solutions along with technical assistance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Formulate and implement account strategies aimed at meeting sales goals and objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business prospects within established accounts.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor movements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and analytical reports.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management regarding account status.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and address any issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within a comparable industry.
- Self-driven and focused on achieving results.
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
