  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Greet and farewell guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
    • Assist colleagues and guests efficiently and professionally.
    • Take responsibility for guests' belongings in the restaurant or bars.
    • Have extensive knowledge of our food and beverage menus to service our products effectively.
    • Offer menu options and advice, and take orders accurately.
    • Offer drinks, pre, during, and after meal service.
    • Remember guests' preferences to extend personalized service.
    • Take guests' food and beverage orders accurately and ensure correct input in the Point of Sales system.
    • Double-check order lists before sending tickets to the kitchen.

    • Use guests' names appropriately and communicate them to restaurant colleagues and managers.

    • Keep all side stations clean at all times.
    • Keep chairs and banquettes clean and clear of debris.

    • Ensure all products served are accounted for on the final bill before presenting it.
    • Keep up and clear tables between courses throughout the dining experience.
    • Pick up checks before guests leave and give guests a warm farewell while thanking them for their visit.
    • At the end of the shift, deliver all checks and reports to the appropriate place according to established standards.
    • Adjust service to suit guests' requests and personalize any interaction with the guest.
    • Use a Heartist approach – make guests feel welcome, feel heart-warmed, feel incredible, and belong.
    • Actively engage in upselling and add value.
    • Relay any guest complaints to managers.
    • Ensure efficiency of work in dish wash, pantry, and service preparations.
    • Ensure cleanliness and work safety in food preparation and service areas.
    • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned, including sending operating equipment for cleaning or burnishing on a weekly basis, sending soiled linen for exchange for clean ones, and collecting food and beverage requisitions on a daily basis.
    • Ensure service standards and individual performances are aligned with Accor Values – Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation, and Respect.

  • Learning and Development

    Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a certificate or diploma in hospitality or a related field, or a minimum of 6-12 months of hands-on experience in a food service position, similar operations style. Retail or guest interaction experience is also desirable. Food and/or beverage knowledge is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills in English, and a reliable and consistent work ethic. They should also have a personal presentation that is clean and tidy, and come across as enthusiastic and energetic. The ability to work as part of a team, be guest and people-oriented, creative, and open-minded, and flexible and adaptable to different working locations is essential.
