Job Title: Growth Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to fill the role of Growth Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about working with people.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving online revenue growth through strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance and develop products, as well as collaborate with external agencies on campaign idealization and execution.

Your key responsibilities will include measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on these findings. Additionally, you will brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital conversion paths, plan and execute experiments and conversion tests, and instrument conversion points to optimize user funnels.

You will also have the opportunity to evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Furthermore, you will strategize and plan the marketing calendar and execution of various marketing campaigns on ATL platforms including print, OOH, TVC, radio etc.

The ideal candidate will come with at least 4 years of product marketing experience in the insurance industry, with demonstrated experience in managing web analytics, marketing automation platforms, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns. Successful candidates will possess excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, as well as creativity in developing campaigns to target segments.

A Bachelor's degree in marketing/business administration or any other relevant discipline is required. Experience and familiarity with insurance products and general insurance will be a distinct advantage.
