Job Summary:
The Global Security Systems Coordinator will be responsible for managing security system failures, developing and maintaining alarm prioritization frameworks, and coordinating preventative maintenance activities. This role requires strong technical expertise in security systems and excellent communication skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Escalate system failures to the GSDE team and coordinate site attendance when necessary.
- Continuously develops and maintains the region's Alarm Prioritization Framework.
- Responsible for managing the region's Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
- Maintain accurate records of known risks that could impact ASCC operational response.
- Perform basic system administration tasks to ensure platforms are updated and accurate.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate security with at least 4 years in an Analyst/Senior Analyst role.
- Strong technical expertise in security systems such as access control, CCTV, mass notification, and IDS.
- Excellent communication and diplomatic skills.
