Job Opportunity:

Support the administration of financial aid and academic award schemes, facilitating processing, reviewing applications, liaising with stakeholders, managing data, handling enquiries and appeals, contributing to process review and enhancement, assisting in event planning and execution, ensuring proper documentation.

This is an 11-month contract position requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills, passion for supporting students, self-motivation, discipline, and positive attitude.



Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process financial aid and academic award schemes
  2. Review and assess applications
  3. Liaise with stakeholders
  4. Manage data requests
  5. Handle enquiries and appeals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Meticulous time management
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite
