Key Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the administration of financial aid and academic award schemes.

This includes facilitating the processing of various financial aid and academic award schemes, reviewing and assessing applications, following up with applicants, preparing award letters, liaising with stakeholders, managing data requests, handling enquiries and appeals, contributing to process review and enhancement, assisting in event planning and execution, ensuring proper documentation, and performing administrative tasks as assigned.

This is an 11-month contract position, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills, passion for supporting students, self-motivation, discipline, and positive attitude.

The ideal candidate should be meticulous with good time management, multitasking, and technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
