Financial Aid Administrator Role

The Financial Aid Division is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to support the administration of various financial aid and academic award schemes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the processing of financial aid and academic award schemes managed by the division.
  • Reviewing and assessing applications and supporting documents according to established criteria.
  • Following up with applicants on incomplete submissions and escalating exceptional cases for further review.
  • Preparing award letters and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems.
  • Liaising with schools, departments, and external partners on matters related to awards and payments.
  • Managing data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling enquiries, complaints, and appeals from students, parents, donors, agencies, and the public.
  • Contributing to the review and enhancement of work processes for greater efficiency.
  • Assisting in planning and executing events related to awards and student engagement.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
