Job Title

A strategic content development leader is sought to spearhead the creation of high-quality digital learning content and eLearning courseware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging interactive courseware for adult learners, including eLearning modules, videos, and simulations.
  • Oversee the production lifecycle of digital learning experiences, ensuring alignment with instructional goals and technical standards.
  • Manage multiple concurrent eLearning development projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Animation, Motion Graphic, Visual Effect, Interactive Design, Video Production, or related qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and creating eLearning courseware or using eLearning programs, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing interactive eLearning and multimedia projects.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Good verbal and writing skills.
  • Technical competence in various development tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Microsoft PowerPoint, video/audio editing tools, etc.
  • Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be based in Central Singapore and have excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
