About The Opportunity

As a Content Designer, you will bridge the gap between our users and products, fostering relationships with key stakeholders across various departments. Your expertise in creating user-centered content will ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Craft clear and concise UI text, microcopy, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding flows to enhance functionality and usability.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, researchers, and developers to understand user needs and deliver content that meets product goals and technical constraints.
  • Develop content strategies that align with our brand voice and tone, driving consistency across platforms and products while adapting to different user personas and business needs.
  • Conduct user research, A/B testing, and content audits to analyze effectiveness and iterate on content solutions to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and best practices to foster alignment and scalability across multiple teams and projects.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Journalism, Communications, Translations or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with outstanding ability to write in English at a near-native level.
  • Proven experience in various forms of writing, including content strategy, UI copy, microcopies, and user education.
  • Experience in creating style guides, content frameworks, and working with diverse or global teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner.
  • Deep commitment to enhancing user experience, prioritizing user needs and insights into content creation.
Nice to Haves

We welcome candidates with experience or familiarity with the crypto or blockchain industry, proficiency in design and localization software, international experience, and proficiency in written Chinese.
