Job Overview

The Sales Solution Architect role is a crucial part of our organization's success. We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Chief Enterprise Architect Specialist.

In this position, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and developing roadmaps and implementation plans based on a current versus future state solution architecture. You must retain crystal-clear clarity on weaknesses and opportunities while remaining vigilant against competitive and environmental threats.

You will collaborate with other technology teams in onshore and offshore locations across all aspects of technology relevant to the opportunity. The resulting solution design is expected to be 'just right' while garnering acceptance from internal approving authorities.

  • Render presales technical support to client service teams
  • Analyse tender/client specifications or requirements and manage the plan for multiple solution workstreams
  • Drive and maintain conceptual integrity of the solution design that addresses client's business objectives and needs
  • Coordinate and prepare solution deliverables
  • Ensure the architecture and design is agreed with both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Maintain a clear, independent, and objective point of view
  • Ensure all appropriate standards and quality expectations are adhered to
  • Develop and refine solution patterns for common and recurring problems
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in ICT infrastructure architecture. You should have experience in delivering highly integrated and multi-platform solutions, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly analytical and able to manage complex solutions, naturally inquisitive, ability to influence and negotiate, confident decision maker, strong presentation skills, and highly resilient and team player.

  • At least 10 years of experience in ICT infrastructure architecture
