Job Title: Chief Architect

This leadership role involves guiding the development of a robust and scalable architecture that aligns with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve the enterprise architecture strategy in partnership with business leaders.
  • Create and maintain the enterprise technology landscape to ensure future-proof, secure, and scalable architectures.
  • Oversee the development and execution of EA roadmaps, principles, standards, and guidelines.
  • Provide architectural guidance on major projects and solutions.
  • Drive technology innovation and evaluate emerging trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Lead architecture governance, risk management, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Champion EA awareness, collaboration, and best practices throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in enterprise architecture within complex organizations. A proven ability to lead strategic planning, governance, and innovation at an enterprise scale is required.

Requirements:
  • Deep technical knowledge across architecture domains (applications, data, cloud, integration, security).
  • Experience in designing, maintaining, architecting or integrating core business systems.
  • Experience with architecture modeling, frameworks, and modern technology stacks.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business vision into actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
