About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Chief Software Architect.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that drive business growth and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to plan and execute development tasks.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable clinic software, web services, and APIs.
  • Improve operational processes through continuous innovation and efficiency.
  • Tackle technical challenges from basic troubleshooting to complex issues.
  • Propose strategies to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Produce technical specs, user manuals, and maintenance guides to support development and operational continuity.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, meet project timelines, and communicate effectively within an agile environment.
  • Embrace clean coding practices, rigorous testing, and a mindset of continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and experience with ASP.NET, Entity Framework, MVC, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, AJAX.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, responsive design, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
  • Comfortable with SQL and willingness to provide systems support during clinic operational hours.
