Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize revenue and maintain accuracy of information.

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of rooms inventory, ensuring it is up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Prepare and present competitive analysis and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
  • Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform month-end reporting and auditing, providing forward-looking information for forecasting purposes.
  • Generate and update property and market reports as the primary source for the revenue management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • 3+ years' experience in hotel revenue management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and improving profitability.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and developments.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
