Role Overview

A seasoned sales professional is required to maximize sales growth and account direction for assigned IC/Semiconductor customers. The ideal candidate will develop and execute business strategies based on customer segmentation and competitor analysis, generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to increase opportunities for assigned customers.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities into sales.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to align sales promotions with design activities for IC/Semiconductor customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct business meetings, and support technical and business inquiries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and perform IC marketing activities.
  • Drive promotion activities in OEM customers through global IC reference design.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IC/Semiconductor industry.
  • Positive attitude, proactive and persistent mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Engineering background or seeder experience is a plus.

Estimated Salary: SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum
