Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards.
  • Support quality control by handling defective products during production.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to resolve material quality issues and determine disposition.
  • Work with production and quality teams to identify root causes of defects and non-conformities.
  • Perform First Article reports and propose process improvements.
  • Collect parts for visual inspection.
  • Key in data.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Diploma in Quality Assurance or equivalent with 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Able to use measuring equipment such as Smart Scope, Keyence, and Micrometer.
  • Able to interpret 2D drawings.
