Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Quality Assurance Specialist.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections of incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer specifications.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the long-term success of our customers through consistent product quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products according to technical requirements and customer specifications.
  • Perform visual and functional checks to identify defects and ensure conformance.
  • Interpret technical requirements and understand inspection tolerances and specifications.
  • Accurately document inspection results in reports and logs.
  • Report any non-conforming parts or processes to the supervisor promptly.
  • Comply with all quality and safety standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum ITE certification in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, process steps, and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
  • Experience with CNC operation is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
