We are seeking a meticulous and driven Quality Assurance Specialist to fill this key role.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
Key aspects of the job include:
- Conducting visual and functional checks to identify defects and ensure conformance
- Interpreting technical requirements and understanding inspection tolerances and specifications
- Accurately documenting inspection results in reports and logs
- Reporting any non-conforming parts or processes to the supervisor promptly
- Complying with all relevant quality and safety standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum ITE certification in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail, process steps, and a quality-focused mindset
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
- Experience with CNC operation is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
