Singapore ADVANCE INSPECTION & TESTING (S) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Details**:

- Daily meeting with Client to follow up day to day Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) request, NDT work progress and Safety related issues.
- Assign NDT team as per client’s request and ensure that the work is performed and duly meeting the project specific Quality Requirements
- Carry out NDT inspections when where required if assigned Level 2 is not available, so hands on experience in Radiographic Testing -Gamma ray and X ray, Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing and Liquid Penetrant Testing for welds required and able to pass Client mockup Tests.
- Prepare and maintain NDT Report every day
- Record, monitor and maintain the daily inspection reports as per contract or specifications
- Follow up on the raised Non-conformance reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out
- Check the inventory of NDT consumable and working condition of equipment and its calibration status and prepare a report to management.
- Interpret Radiographic Testing films pertaining to welding joints and welder qualification plate / pipe
- Review and evaluate all NDT reports and follow up for approval with client
- Establish and maintain inspection and NDT progress status on daily basis
- Follow up Radiographic Testing team at night to make sure they are performing the Radiographic Testing work as per project specification and aligned with NEA.
- Prepare or compile final summary NDT completed list and prepare Work done report for admin to prepare invoice.
- Attend the project kick-off meeting and understand the specific requirements and communicate the same to workers who will be deployed for this project works
- Arrange to conduct the toolbox talks mainly for the Radiation safety, incident report and customer's feedback and area for improvements
- Assist NDT Level 3 to prepare documents for the surveillance activities during project execution as per SINGLAS 10725 Audit and ISO 9001, ISO 45000.
- Hold a valid Singapore driving License or willing to go for the driving school practices and gain the Singapore License soon.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level/Secondary Education
- Minimum 15 years of experience in marine shipyard as an inspector in structural/piping discipline.
- ASNT Level II in Magnetic Particle Inspection and Liquid Penetrant Inspection and valid PCN Level 2 cert in Radiographic Testing and Ultrasonic Testing
- Have strong knowledge in ASME SEC V, VIII, IX, AWS D1.1 and BS EN std related to NDT.
- Previous Singlas Signatory experience, previously certified for DNV approval NDT personnel and R1 certification from NEA are an added experience.
- Willing to develop for the SAC Approved signatory demonstration and gain the approval
- Knowledge about other Advanced NDT Methods such as TOFD, PAUT is an added advantage.
- Good analytical skills, self-motivated and good team player
- Able to workday shift and/or night shift and
- Good health who can be able to work at height and at Pipe rack Modules or on board when the job / customer is demanding to meet the work schedule
