**Quality Control Specialist Opportunity**
- Inspect incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operate mechanical and electrical measuring equipment, including CMM programming.
- Interpret technical drawings and customer requirements to identify potential issues.
- Generate accurate inspection reports and documentation as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor measuring equipment calibration due dates and coordinate outsourced calibration.
- Communicate non-conformances identified during inspections to relevant production personnel.
- Assist the Quality Department in reviewing Mill Certs and other reports.
- Maintain controlled document files and test records for the required duration as dictated by standards and customer requirements.
- Liaise with customers for final inspections and coordinate QC requirements with vendors.
- Support QA in document-related activities.
Requirements:**
- National 'A' Level or O'Level certificate.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably from the oil & gas industry.
- Able to interpret technical documents.
- Independent worker with strong communication skills and ability to contribute to team excellence.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
