Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Specialist to join our team at ESR SG MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, and Process Design/Implementation with a focus on People Analytics.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Act as the HR system integration owner, collaborating closely with stakeholders from IT, HR Business Partnering, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth integration.
  • Partner with HRBPs, HR Operations, and business owners to centralize and clean data in the HRIS, ensuring a single, reliable source of truth for employee data.
  • Work alongside HRBPs and HR Operations to streamline business processes for major and transactional employment lifecycle events, ensuring simplicity, consistency, and efficiency across regions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, to guide the planning, execution, and integration of HR processes, systems, benefits, policies, and projects.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR harmonization projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve integration issues, including challenges around job grades, job titling, learning records, and statutory data compliance.
  • Utilize people analytics to guide HR decision-making, ensure data integrity, and align people data with business goals. Leverage insights to drive process improvements and support transformation initiatives.
  • Represent HR on organizational transformation projects, ensuring alignment of people and culture initiatives with business objectives.
  • Assist with data gathering and due diligence in the event of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration of HR systems and processes.
  • Take on additional special projects as assigned, helping drive the overall HR strategy and transformation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, and Process Design/Implementation with a focus on People Analytics.
  • Previous experience with M&A or business integration is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and a strong understanding of HR systems, with an emphasis on data integrity and analytics.
  • Prior experience working with BIPO would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a major consulting company is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in program/project management, including working with cross-functional and global teams, as well as external advisors.
  • Strong analytical and operational capabilities, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and navigating uncertain or ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
