This position can be located anywhere as M Moser is a company that is well adapted to hybrid working using virtual communications technology connecting our 20+ location around the world. However, being located near New York, Hong Kong, Singapore or London will be an advantage, as most of our senior colleagues are located in those large offices.
**Job Overview** The primary objective of the Talent Specialist is to conduct proactive online investigations using a wide range of available search platforms to seek out new talent and to provide their profiles to leadership for further assessment. To do so, the talent research specialist will:
1. Work closely with the stakeholders (primarily heads of business units globally). 2. Understand their vision and strategy for business growth, which would only be achievable by attractive the right talents
3. Utilize your strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to quickly learn and represent our business and ethos, entrepreneurial mindset
4. Maintain current job descriptions applicable to the region by updating or creating as needed, co-author with the business leader as necessary
9. Promote awareness within the company of potential talent and generate interest.
At times, this will require you to help spot talents with ‘unconventional’ experiences who have the potential to bring unique skills to the team. Experience in recruitment is preferred as is an ability to build and maintain strong industry networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in strategy discussions.
- Development of a high-level understanding of our business, including specialized service offerings.
- Updating or creating position descriptions as needed, co-authoring with the business leader as necessary and maintaining these in an organized way.
- Industry networking, outside recruitment, and management of postings in online platforms.
- Establish key words based on qualifications required for more proactive search.
- Finalize posting of positions per direction of stakeholders.
- Maintain vigilant check on responses from applicants.
- Enlist guidance from stakeholders as needed in addition to standing check-ins

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
