About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors and partners.


Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage the full spectrum of recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify training requirements and develop a training plan.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver learning and development programs.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
  • Support the internal communication of learning initiatives and HR campaigns.
  • Lead or assist in company events.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by the superior.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in talent management.
  • Familiarity with WSG Skills Framework.
  • Experience with Learning Needs Analysis/Training Needs Analysis (LNA/TNA) and developing competency framework.
  • Familiarity with The Employment Act.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, willingness, and proactiveness to take up new challenges.
