The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Banking Change Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role will be responsible for leading complex projects across the Global Banking Division, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, regulatory compliance, and control improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging project management methodologies to provide transparency to senior stakeholders on project scope, timelines, budget, and delivery risks
  • Identifying and managing project risks from inception to completion while driving resolutions and risk & issue mitigants
  • Facilitating communication on key project matters (incl. reporting and escalations) across GBM teams, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance
  • Providing oversight on the project book of work, ensuring cross-project dependencies, risks, and budget are proactively managed

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong analytical and business analysis background, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral; confident in interaction with senior stakeholders.

A Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in a business analysis / project / program management function, are required. Knowledge of products and processes related to the financial services industry would be an advantage, as is related experience in technology strategy or in a client service or business function and/or management consulting.
