About the Position

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage our restaurant's daily operations, ensuring seamless service flow and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent people management skills, able to motivate and train a team of service staff and kitchen crew to deliver consistent standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, managing staff scheduling and performance monitoring, handling customer feedback professionally, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also assist with inventory management, ordering, and supplier coordination, as well as support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive customer engagement.

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality, F&B management, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in F&B operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Good problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of F&B hygiene standards and regulations
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Passion for food culture and hospitality
