We are looking for a sales and marketing professional to promote high-performance facade solutions to architects, developers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for facade systems, curtain walls, and building envelope solutions.

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for facade systems, curtain walls, and building envelope solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising.
  • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Key Requirements & Skills:
  • A minimum of five years' proven experience in sales and marketing related to facade systems, curtain walls, and building envelopes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of facade systems, materials, and industry regulations.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing strategies.
  • A self-motivated approach with a focus on results-driven outcomes.
  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
