Facades Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facades Design Professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facade design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Facade Solutions
  • Review Structural Drawings and Architectural Designs
  • Attend Design Meetings and Present Proposals
  • Coordinate with Clients, Contractors, Architects, and Consultants
  • Raise RFIs for Design Concerns
  • Provide Technical Advice and Support
  • Submit Shop Drawings and Obtain Approvals
  • Monitor Shop Drawing and Approval Schedules

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 Years of Facade Design Experience
  • Familiarity with Curtain Wall Systems
  • Proficiency in Autocad Software and Revit
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Deadlines
  • Good Problem-Solving and Communication Skills
