We are seeking a skilled Facades Professional to join our team. As a Facades Professional, you will be responsible for designing and creating facades for various projects. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the facade design meets the client's requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and drafting facade shop drawings and design sketches
- Attending design meetings to resolve design issues and present design proposals
- Coordinating with clients, main contractors, architects, and consultants on design and technical concerns
- Raising RFIs for any design or technical concerns or issues
- Providing technical advice to the team
- Submitting shop drawings and following up on approvals
- Monitoring the shop drawing and approval schedule
- Monitoring design changes or additional scope of work
- Supporting the project team with site issues when necessary
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A diploma or degree in architecture, design, or engineering-related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software and general use of Revit, Microsoft Office, and Excel
- The ability to perform tasks under pressure and commit to following through on tasks within tight schedules
