Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk operations, ensuring that all guests are greeted and assisted in a timely and professional manner.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, working closely with our hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure that all aspects of the guest experience are met.

• Analyze guest feedback and complaints, working with our teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
