\Job Description:
\We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Service Associate to join our team. As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for carrying out patient registration and general administrative tasks.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Carry out patient registration and general administrative tasks.\
- Assist patients and their families by providing clear guidance on hospital procedures.\
- Manage appointment scheduling, billing, and medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.\
- Coordinate closely with clinical staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.\
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.\
- Ensure all patient information is handled confidentially and securely.\
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.\
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies to ensure compliance.\
- Perform other related duties as assigned.\
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent.\
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
- No experience needed, full training will be provided.\
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
