You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and service as a key member of our healthcare team. This involves scheduling appointments, assisting doctors with administrative tasks and procedures, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and décor of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and schedule appointments for patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support doctors with administrative tasks and simple procedures to ensure smooth patient care.
- Manage email, phone, and walk-in enquiries from patients, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
- Provide chaperone assistance to patients during medical procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, doctors, and colleagues.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
