Job Title: Resort Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Resort Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the resort's operations, including supervising staff, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all facilities and services are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure seamless delivery of resort operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of resort operations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in resort operations management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
