As a Double Bass Section Leader, you will be part of the orchestra's efforts to bring world-class music to audiences in Singapore and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing at the Esplanade Concert Hall and Victoria Concert Hall
- Developing and maintaining a high level of musicality within the section
- Collaborating with other musicians to achieve exceptional ensemble sound
- Participating in outreach and education activities to promote classical music in the community
We are seeking an experienced musician with excellent technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for classical music. Key qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Music or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of performing as a section leader in a professional orchestra
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with classical music repertoire and performance practices
In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of SGD $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
