Drive Commercial Excellence in Asia Pacific

Cepheid, a Danaher company, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Manager to join our Asia Pacific team. As a key member of our Commercial Enablement team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and commercial objectives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial systems, tools, and processes to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Act as process owner of business KPIs, leading operating mechanisms with key stakeholders and enabling timely consolidation, reviews, and follow-up of action plans.
  • Consolidate APAC funnel and interact with sales leaders to drive optimization of funnel management.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives, including enhancement of pricing control and performance, as well as go-to-market projects.
  • Responsible for APAC channel partner management excellence by continuously improving and optimizing channel partner management processes according to company tools and sales and compliance policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in business or related experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience in commercial operations, sales, or channel management, and/or continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical ability, especially with Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in driving change by engaging others and getting buy-in through training and influence.
  • Continuous improvement experience, especially ability to lead kaizen events/workshops.
  • Experience in managing and delivering across multiple projects in a complex/high-speed environment.
