The mission of Cross Meta Support Operations (XSO) is to create a service engine that addresses current customer challenges and anticipates future needs.

XSO teams are dedicated to operational excellence, engaging throughout the product development and service delivery lifecycle to guarantee a smooth experience for our users on the platform. This team is committed to nurturing the growth of communities, businesses, and advertisers utilizing Meta products by ensuring they have the necessary tools for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding journey of clients integrating with Meta's ecommerce solutions, collaborating with internal teams to streamline workflows with sales and operations.
  • Track and resolve customer progress, communicating any obstacles to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming inquiries, leveraging technology and exceptional customer service skills—responding promptly and engaging in real-time interactions.
  • Collect insights and feedback for:
    • internal teams to assist Meta in refining and enhancing our offerings, and
    • our advertising partners to support them in achieving their marketing goals.
  • Actively engage, collaborate, and contribute value in weekly training and operational meetings, swiftly implementing new strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in tools and processes through an analytical lens.
  • Serve as an escalation point for clients/customers.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, as the role involves interaction with the local market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service aptitude, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong capability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in accurately documenting and recording customer/client information.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive feedback.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a high-performance team setting.
  • Previous experience in technology is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce platforms is a plus.
