Job Opportunity: Facilities Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced facilities technician to join our team.

Job Description

As a facilities technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing electrical works, and ensuring the functionality of various systems including air-conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing.

You will work closely with contractors, service providers, and statutory authorities to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will respond to emergency calls on critical services and provide support during off-duty hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance, plumbing, aircon servicing, and M&E systems.
  • Familiarity with common hand and power tools.
  • Able to perform tasks such as painting, basic carpentry, and part replacements.
