The main responsibilities of this role include:

1. Business Development Execution

Focus on media agency and digital advertising services, actively exploring the market and driving business growth. Clarify personal sales targets and execute efficiently to achieve business indicators.

2. External Partnership Expansion

Proactively build and maintain good relationships with media and platform partners to enhance our brand and industry influence. Identify new cooperation opportunities in the industry and promote business development.

3. Technology and Market Adaptation

Combine Edge AI technology to formulate data-driven, personalized user acquisition strategies and promote real-time, context-aware user engagement. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends to ensure business development aligns with cutting-edge direction of AI technology and user acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

1. 3-5 years of business development experience in media agency or digital advertising business.

2. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.

3. Senior ability to develop new customers and markets, with successful cases preferred.

4. Strong pressure resistance and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

5. Strong self-motivation, result-oriented, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
