Agency Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned agency development expert to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships.


About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business development leader to shape and drive Amazon's strategic agency partnerships. As Agency Development Lead, you will develop and execute customer-led strategies for growth with media agencies at local and regional levels. This includes close partnership with local senior management, building and managing detailed engagement strategies, developing commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth, managing education and enablement of key agency functions, identifying opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions, and liaising with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships offered by Amazon Ads products.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute customer-led strategies for growth with media agencies at local and regional levels.
  2. Build and manage detailed engagement strategies, including local and regional business reviews.
  3. Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth across traded and programmatic products.
  4. Manage education and enablement of key agency functions, including delivery of agency-wide events.
  5. Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions, including proactive engagement with creative agencies.
  6. Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships offered by Amazon Ads products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in media sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience managing internal and external relationships.
  • Strong digital advertising experience.
  • Knowledge of the programmatic landscape.
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
