We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic Air Logistics team in managing urgent global shipments of aircraft parts for aviation customers.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate and activate import/export shipments via electronic systems or email for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) emergencies.
- Manage full spectrum of air freight export operations, from cargo confirmation to final dispatch, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, customers, and external offices via electronic communication channels.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Uphold operational safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times.
This position is based in a high-volume warehouse environment supporting 24/7 operations to ensure seamless logistics for AOG emergencies. You will work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
Key Performance Indicators:- Ensure timely and secure delivery of aircraft parts to meet customer demands.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to operational safety, quality, and compliance standards.
