Logistics Professional Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Associate to coordinate end-to-end operations for air freight shipments, arrange shipment collection with customers and internal teams, and book flights with airlines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Shipment Coordination: Manage the entire logistics process from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare accurate shipping documents, adhere to international regulations, and update shipment data in cargo management systems.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide regular updates, and generate quotations for clients.
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with departments to improve service capabilities, monitor progress, and manage warehouse operations effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
