About the RoleThis frontline professional will participate in project implementation, providing technical configuration and commissioning of IoT devices. They will conduct end-user training, offer technical support to deployed systems, and handle client feedback. The ideal candidate should have a passion for current technology and Internet of Things, with excellent customer service attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in project implementation by performing on-site surveys, gathering requirements, and acting as a proxy between clients and project managers.
- Provide technical configuration, test, and commissioning of IoT devices or equipment.
- Conduct basic end-user training.
- Offer technical support to deployed systems and handle client feedback.
- Ensure all requests adhere to internal SOPs and tickets are closed timely.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Fresh graduates may apply (on-the-job training available).
- Possess a Class 3A/3 driving license or own transport.
- Be willing to travel for overseas projects.
