Operations Associate Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Operations Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness of patient areas, including waiting rooms, reception, and storerooms.
  • Reception Duties: Handle phone calls, visitor logs, and crowd control.
  • Administrative Tasks: Create and maintain patient case files (current/old/new) and manage logistic termination.
