About the RoleWe are seeking skilled and compassionate nursing professionals to join our team at a dialysis centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the centre's mission to provide excellent treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess, implement and evaluate quality dialysis outcomes for patients
- Perform hemodialysis cannulation and treatment according to standard practice and guidelines
- Practice proper infection control procedures based on current guidelines
- Guide and direct enrolled nurses and below to ensure quality nursing care is rendered to patients at all times
- Record informative, accurate and concise statements on Hemodialysis treatment, blood results and parameters
- Administer intravenous antibiotics, IV erythropoietin and blood transfusion during Hemodialysis treatment according to standard practice
- Collect water sampling for water culture to maintain safe water standards
- Work closely with respective hospitals for blood investigation and follow-up
- Collaborate with Dietitian to educate patients on nutritional status and fluid compliance
- Take appropriate nursing actions in emergency situations that compromise patient safety
- Diploma in Nursing recognized by Singapore Nursing Board
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a dialysis centre
- Valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board
- 6-day work week (including weekends and Public Holidays)
